This role involves coordinating service calls, scheduling jobs, and supporting field technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling multi-line phone systems, processing invoices, pulling permits, and providing soft quotes over the phone. Strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous dispatch experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person. This position also includes light administrative tasks and support with day-to-day office operations.
